The Provincetown Banner is looking for a freelance writer or writers to report on Truro Board of Selectmen meetings, town government news and fun stories about life in Truro. Editor Ann Wood and Associate Editor Edward Miller will hold an informal session about writing for the Banner at 5 p.m. on Thursday, Nov. 17 at the Truro Public Library at 7 Standish Way. We will talk about the Banner’s needs, how to write news stories, freelance pay and more. We encourage anyone interested in journalism to attend this meeting.
