The Wampanoag people have lived on Cape Cod for over 12,000 years. Plimoth Patuxet’s Indigenous Museum Educator, Tim Turner, will share where and how 17th-century Wampanoag people lived, and lead us in an exploration of their culture and traditions. In this one-hour program, participants will consider the connection the Wampanoag and other Native People have to their seasonal way of life, their respect for all living beings, and the ways they continue to carry on their traditions today. This program will take place outside behind the library, in two one-hour sessions. Please sign up for this session (10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.) using the RSVP button below.
