Get your Summer Reading on with this year’s theme: Tails & Tales!

Beginning now and ending on August 28, 2021!

For every hour read,  you will get a raffle ticket entry for the chance to win prizes. This year, Children’s Challenge summer reading prizes will be gift cards of up to $50. There’s also an Adult Challenge (18+) so friends and family can read along too!

HOW TO GET READING LOGS AND STICKER SHEETS

1. Download a reading log or sticker sheet from these links:

2. Get your packet on June 26 during browsing hours (10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.). You can also call 508-487-1125 or email trurosummerreading@gmail.com to arrange a time for contact-less curbside pickup.

USING THE READING LOGS OR STICKER SHEETS

• For the Sticker Log, each circle on the sticker log equals 20 minutes of reading. Color the circle or use a sticker to mark the time you have read. 3 circles=1 raffle ticket.
• For the Reading Log, write down the titles of the books you are reading and note how long you read each time.
• To log your hours:  Visit the Library during browsing hours, or call us at 508-487-1125, or email trurosummerreading@gmail.com and we will enter your raffle tickets for you.  Alternatively, you can enter raffle ticket entries yourself using Beanstack (see below).

USING BEANSTACK

Beginning on June 26, the library will launch our reading site and app with Beanstack. Using this website, you will be able to track your hours read. You can also use the platform to write your own book reviews! All of these will count towards raffle entries.  You can find us at https://trurolibrary.beanstack.org.

The winners will be informed by telephone or email on August 31, 2021.
