Investing for Social Good, with Ali Pinkerton

We are pleased to present “Investing for Social Good: Business, Finance, and Human Rights,” with Ali Pinkerton. Ali works in the Private Sector Department at Oxfam America, an international human rights and development organization, developing innovative financing tools strategies to affect positive social outcomes. She also analyzes how certain social problems may translate into broader scale investment risks or opportunities in key Oxfam issue areas such as sustainable food and agriculture, corporate transparency, and human rights due diligence. Before Oxfam, Ali worked as an investment consultant specializing in private equity and private credit at Cambridge Associates. Please call the Truro Library at 508-487-1125 for further information.
