Interested in learning how to make Carbonara with Ciro & Sal’s Chef Caleb Luster!? Now’s your chance! Join us for another extraordinary Harvest Highlight event at the Truro Library. Chef will demonstrate the step-by-step process of making this classic Italian dish in its entirety, and additionally, he’ll create a modern interpretation with commonly-used ingredients.
