The Outer Cape White Line Printmakers

The Outer Cape White Line printmakers began as a workshop inspired by a Truro Group art show demonstration.  The group has shows at the Truro Public Library, Seamen’s Bank, the Eastham Public Library as well as the Truro C.O.A.  White line printing was developed in the early 20th century by a group of artists working in Provincetown.  It uses one board instead of one for each color, printing by hand with a silver spoon.  It is also known as the “Provincetown Print.”  October 3–30.
