The Bay State: A Multicultural Landscape, Photographs of New Americans, supporting MIRA (Massachusetts Immigrant Refugee Advocacy Coalition), is a collection of over 400 photographs representing more than 190 countries and territories; informal, environmental portraits documenting ethnic diversity in Massachusetts; subjects of various stations, foreign-born, naturalized U.S. citizens residing in the Commonwealth; individuals looking into the camera, telling stories through expression, place and pose.
