The Cape Cod Sax Quartet consists of some of Cape Cod’s most well-known saxophonists (rotating upon availability), including: Berke McKelvey, Maurice Soque, Ryder Corey, and Nicholas Suchecki, merging seasoned professionals with rising talents.  The Cape Cod Sax Quartet was founded in late 2014 by Nicholas Suchecki because, until then, there was no sax quartet on Cape Cod.
The members incorporate their many diverse experiences into their music, playing pop, ragtime, classical, traditional, and jazz works.  Throughout their shows, members of the Cape Cod Sax Quartet teach the audience about various composers, their pieces, and the history and mechanics of the various saxophones.  Not only will you enjoy the music played by an ensemble you have most likely never heard or seen before, you will also learn something!
