A StoryWalk® is basically taking a book outside – it’s a fun way for families, and maybe visitors too, to enjoy a book while enjoying some fresh air and exercise. Small’s Swamp Trail in the Pilgrim Heights area in partnership with Maggie from the Truro Public Library. It features the story “Hiking Day” about a diverse New England family, getting out of the city and onto the trail just as fall arrives. There are no reservations, and the weather is perfect, so put on your hiking shoes, pack some healthy snacks, and get out on the trail! Questions, email Aleutia_Scott@nps.gov
