From the Director…From a Distance
To our Truro Community,
Although current state protocols prohibit us from entering the Truro Library building, we want to be sure you know that we can be reached by calling the Library at 508-487-1125 and leaving a message, or by sending an email to tpl_mail@clamsnet.org. Staff will be checking regularly.
We encourage patrons to use e-books and e-audiobooks on OverDrive, read the online Cape Cod Times, take a course from Lynda.com, watch films from Indieflix and Kanopy, use youth links for homework and entertainment, and generally to take advantage of the digital resources on our website. It’s a good time to get familiar with them! If you are having any difficulty accessing or using any of these resources, please let us know. Note: many of them require a Truro Library card, but if you are a patron from another CLAMS Library, you may be able to use digital resources from their website, as well as from Boston Public Library, where Massachusetts residents can get an e-Card.
Please stay safe as we all try to make the best of this! The Library staff misses you and we look forward to seeing you again.
From a distance,
Tricia Ford
Truro Library Director
