HAC offers housing services to all of Cape Cod & the Islands. They operate four State funded family shelters,
provide outreach services to the unsheltered, administer RAFT funds, and host First Time Homebuyer,
Money Management and Foreclosure/Reverse Mortgage classes.
Community Development Partnership (CDP)

CDP owns and manages rental apartments on the Lower/Outer Cape, including in Truro. Applications
for the waitlists are currently open. CDP hosts small business support & guidance and First Time
Home-Buyer classes.
Lower Cape Outreach Council

The mission of the LCOC is to provide comprehensive, short-term assistance to those in need of immediate
support to encourage long term self-sufficiency. They offer financial assistance, a food panty in each of the
Lower/Outer Cape Towns and have free clothing "store" available to clients. Click here for additional information on Lower Cape Outreach food pantry location in Truro.
The Resource Inc. (TRI)

TRI is funded by Truro's Community Development Block Grant (CDBG). Income eligible homeowners who need to make critical repairs to their home (roof, siding, windows/doors, heating, septic etc.) can apply for interest free, deferred, forgivable loan-up to $60,000.00.
