Head of the Meadow Beach
An ocean beach, Head of the Meadow Beach is located at the end of Head of the Meadow Road.
In season, a Truro Beach Parking Sticker, available online, is required for the parking lot.
In an effort to increase beach access for individuals with disabilities, Head of the Meadow Beach is equipped with an accessible mat leading out to the beach. Beach wheelchairs are available for transportation to the beach at Corn Hill and Head of the Meadow between the hours of 10 am and 3:30 pm daily beginning the 3rd Saturday in June through Labor Day. Handicap access portable toilets are available at most beaches. For more information concerning use of beach wheelchairs or handicap accessibility, contact the Beach Office at 508-487-6983.

- At the traffic circle, take the 2nd exit onto U.S.-6 E/Mid-Cape Hwy
