Wednesday April 1, 2026 at 4pm is the deadline for all Exemptions for FY26 to be received by the Assessors office. These include Residential, Expanded Rental Residential and Statutory (Disabled Veterans, Blind, Seniors meeting income and asset criteria) Exemptions. This annual date is established by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and cannot be extended.
