Alice Gong is a forager & chef with many unique talents.  She is the Program Director for Twenty Summers, works at the Provincetown Farmers’ Market, organizes community volleyball, and travels to coach for Beyond the Boundaries, a women’s snowboard camp. Alice was born in Beijing, graduated with a degree in Art History from UC Santa Barbara and resides in Truro.

Melissa Yow grew up digging for clams and catching green crabs around her local salt marsh and jetties.  Somehow she never stopped, and continues to shellfish for a living in Wellfleet, both as a wild harvester and oyster farmer.

The Chef Series: Clam Jam for All is brought to you with federal funds provided by the Institute of Museum and Library Services and administered by the Massachusetts Board of Library Commissioners.
