Shellfish for Everyone! aka Clam Jam

Saturday, January 15, 1:00–3:00 p.m.
at the Truro Community Center
Come learn about quahogs, sea clams, razor clams, steamers, bay scallops, and oysters, their habitats, collection, storage, how to shuck, and how to cook and/or enjoy raw. Also learn about local aquaculture and stewardship of our wonderfully abundant marine ecosystem. A prepared seafood stew will be ready for adding shellfish and tasting at the end of the class. Class size is limited; please call to register.
