Pop-Up Library at the Truro Educational Farmer’s Market
August 2 @ 8:00 am - 12:00 pm
An event every week that begins at 8:00 am on Monday, repeating until September 13, 2021
Meet us at the Truro Educational Farmer’s Market at 20 Truro Center Road on Mondays from 8:00 a.m. until noon! At the Pop-Up Library, you can check out library books selected for all ages. You can also register for and receive a library card, chat with our on-site librarian, get updates on library activities, and even return books. It’s a great way to connect with the library and local farmers on the same day. We hope to see you there!
Learn more about the Truro Educational Farmer’s Market here, including their location, hours, mission, and helpful information, such as how to pre-order and about nutrition incentives like doubling of SNAP, WIC, and senior discounts. From their website: “You’ll find our outdoor market on the banks of the Pamet River in Truro Center. We offer fresh-picked fruits and vegetables, eggs, lobsters, humanely-raised pork / poultry / beef, breads & baked treats, chai & coffee, wine, mushrooms, honey, plants and flowers – all sold by a great group of people. We’ve organized art & education throughout the market (created in large part by the children in our school gardening programs!), music, and a beautiful spot for Cape Codders to sell food they’ve grown, raised, caught or made in Barnstable County. Please join us!”
