In an increasingly digital world, it’s no surprise there is a renewed longing for shared, authentic experiences with one another, and ourselves. About Vanessa

Vanessa Vartabedian is the Creator and Producer of The Mosquito Story Project, which presents year-round live storytelling events in Cape Cod, Massachusetts, and globally through the Mosquito Story Podcast. Having presented hundreds of stories to thousands of audience members since 2014, Vanessa knows the intimate truth of what makes a compelling story and how to tell it. She currently coaches storytellers, public speakers, authors, screenwriters, and other entities on how to utilize personal stories to create impactful, cathartic connections with their audiences. She has over 20 years of experience as a successful teacher, workshop leader and one-on-one coach. She regularly conducts workshops at Truro Center for the Arts, Provincetown Theater and other esteemed institutions. She was a founding faculty member of Lesley University’s Digital Filmmaking Department, taught Television Production at Emerson College and is a filmmaker herself. She has told her own stories at The Moth in Los Angeles and Boston, and regularly on The Mosquito stage and by engagement.
