Interested in seeing how plants, flowers and roots can make beautiful botanical marks on silk? Then come join natural dyer and local fiber guru Amy DuFault for some exploration! Each participant will get 2 silk scarves and all the color choices one could wish for.

We’ll start with a quick presentation of bundle dyeing and flower printing for some design inspiration then jump into creating our own fabulous works of art. The process of bundle dyeing is simply placing flowers, leaves, roots and more on silk and steaming the color in. There are so many options to design including choosing a single color palette, covering the entire scarf with flowers, being a minimalist or even embracing a rainbow of color. Your choice, your creation.
