Cape Mediation offers a highly-interactive, two-hour workshop on conflict resolution.

Through the use of highly-interactive exercises and role-plays, participants will be introduced to important tools to improve communication.  This intensive two-hour workshop will help people learn to manage conflict in a productive way, as an opportunity for change and positive growth. Workshop leaders teach listening skills, help prioritizing goals, and understanding conflict, and tailor the workshop to the specific needs of participants.

Though this workshop is often taught in a business or organization setting, we envision these workshops as opportunities to build bridges within the community. Any town or community group (including a neighborhood or an informal group!) can use these workshops to get past communication roadblocks and thrive in a more constructive environment.
