The first session will be a panel discussion, focusing on the health of Outer Cape water bodies–particularly the freshwater supply–in the face of climate change and housing development. Panelists will be: Emily Beebe, from the Truro Health & Conservation Office; Sophia Fox, from the Cape Cod National Seashore; Andrew Gottlieb, from the Association to Preserve Cape Cod; and Tara Nye Lewis, from the Cape Cod Commission.

About The Truro Climate Action Committee: The Truro Climate Action Committee primary focus is to investigate, study, and make recommendations to the Select Board on minimizing the Town’s carbon footprint and minimizing the vulnerabilities to the consequences of climate change.
