Passed at STM, Art. 11, June 30, 1992. In accordance with Public Law 101.336, commonly called the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990. This committee is governed by MGL Chapter 40, Section 8J. Appointments made by the Board of Selectmen. Meetings held 3rd Weds. at 3 pm at the COA. ATM 4/11/00 increased membership by 2, for a total of 7.
Mission: To increase community awareness about disability issues and to encourage accessibility for all.
