MEETING ROOMS

Meeting Rooms

The library has three meeting rooms which may be reserved for public meetings by non-profit groups and organizations when the rooms are not in use for library activities or functions.  The use of the library space by commercial organizations is not permitted. All meetings held at the library must be open to the public and free of charge.  Smoking and alcoholic beverages are not permitted in the library or on the library grounds.  Reservation requests for the use of the meeting rooms must be made to the Library Director.

The Elisha W. Cobb Room seats 8.  This room is only available during regular library hours.

            

The Community Room seats 65.

                  

The Lower Level Conference Room seats 12.  This room is only available during regular library hours
