HOW TO FIND THE TRURO PUBLIC LIBRARY

5 LIBRARY LANE (OFF STANDISH WAY)

Standish Way runs between Route 6 and Route 6A (Shore Road) in North Truro. Library Lane is off of Standish Way.

If you are coming from the South (Orleans, Wellfleet, Truro Center):

Take Route 6 northbound until you come to the CITGO gas station on the right (this is the ONLY gas station on the right hand side of Route 6 in Truro and is the first one encountered after leaving Wellfleet Center). Turn Left onto Standish Way which is just beyond the CITGO station. Library Lane is a quick Left hand turn off of Standish Way.

If you are coming from the North (Provincetown):

Take Route 6 southbound.  Pass by Sonny’s Gas Station on the right.  Turn RIGHT onto STANDISH WAY (about ½ mile beyond Sonny’s Station).  Library Lane is a quick LEFT hand turn off of Standish Way.
